Cytodyn has no legal standing to challenge any of IncellDX's patents. IncellDX was not hired to develop test kits for Cytodyn they were hired merely for testing. Unless IncellDX's contract specifically stated anything patentable growing from that would be assigned to Cytodyn we have no claim. I guarantee Bruce is smart enough not to sign a contract like that.
Buying IncellDX would not add an appreciable amount to revenue compared to drug sales. The only reason to do so would be to lock in Dr. Patterson's services. Highly doubtful Dr. Patterson would sell. He didn't start his own company to work under someone else and he knows that as leronlimab increases indications he could make very nice money. Not to mention the money he'll make on further patents.
