Doc, it looks like the link ”file:///C:/Users/18658/Downloads/NGIO.Presentation.7%2016%2020.pdf” is to someone’s personal computer (C drive). The adobe file “NGIO.Presentation.7%2016%2020.pdf” will have to be uploaded to an accessible website for public access. I saw no way a file of any kind can be added/uploaded to the IH board.
