This is eerily similar to QMC's QDX Health ID app:

Looking through the comments, not a whole lot of people are looking forward to this. If QDX Health ID is to be successful, QMC will have to do it's best to quell the public's skepticism.
Granted, this COVID Pass is different than our QDX Health ID, and apparently requires your blood drawn, in some form or shape. It does use block-chain technology though:
