The 1.6 million refers to converting shares and selling them. Which, if we are under $10 wont matter.
If we are cash rich, the 15% premium to prepay wont matter either, as it will be substantially less than the share price that the note holder can exercise.
This is exactly what I expected to see in this 8-k. The only new item that caught my attention was the prohibition on securing more debt, but thats not really surprising.
