I think 9:15am eastern is the perfect time to drop a press release. Gives traders a chance to read it before the bell but doesn't give attackers enough time to parse every word looking for something they can misconstrue or distort.

Funny, a few months ago I mentioned on here that dropping PRs at 6:00am eastern wasn't making the best use of their ammo and the very next PR they dropped was at 9am. Thought they may have been listening, but then they went right back to 6am.
