Re: invisioner #46407
This is what I sent to the SEC. I am also sending it to FINRA and STAT. Please feel free to use my words or to edit/doctor them in a way you see fit.
Please investigate Adam Feuerstein. He is a columnist at STAT NEWS and he seems fixated on a small biotech, Cytodyn Inc, of which I am a shareholder. He repeatedly publishes scathing, untrue, and manipulative hatchet pieces which could have no other intent than to manipulate the share price. It is shameful that STAT provides him with a platform, so please investigate them as well. They are owned by the Boston Globe and have supposed credentials as a serious publication. In addition to this being a possible use of a publication to manipulate share price, it is my belief that this is a national security and public health issue, as Cytodyn Inc is conducting FDA approved clinical trials for a desperately needed Covid treatment to save American lives. Adam Feurstein's slanderous pieces could dissuade people from enrolling in the trials which are being conducted at renowned medical centers throughout our nation. There were very positive results in the EIND studies for compassionate use and the pharmaceutical agent that Cytodyn produces has been championed by several renowned physicians and medical researchers. Adam Feuerstein completely distorts every communication that the company shares with its stockholders. He is doing no one a service. We, shareholders, do not feel that we have been misled by the company in anyway. We understand the risks inherent in investing in clinical stage biotechs, waiting for results of clinical trials. Please do something about this supposed journalist. He has no business writing about biopharma in the first place because he does not seem to understand science or the laborious process of getting a drug approved by the FDA. I am really tired of losing money due to his slander, distortion, and lies.
