1. Transacting based on material non-public information is also the definition of insider trading. The lending group doesn't know any more than we as shareholders know. But they do get a better read from management with greater interactions.
2. Surprised no one caught NP's comment on p-values (6:30): "The p-values, we haven't talked about it yet. But hopefully we will give that very significant p-value to everybody hopefully very soon."
I think the trial data will be quite strong. The market is not paying attention to this clear advertisement from NP today.
