Interesting you say that, I was wondering if that trip 1 bid is anyone here.
I suppose there a lot of bids and offers that are not displayed because they don't meet the market mandated sizes to display at certain prices.
For the cheap cheap pennies, it's 10,000 minimum size to display on L2. Anything under that size is still a live order, it just doesn't display.
As the PPS gets higher, the size displayed will be less. So if the bids/offers are scattered around, and none of them offset each other, there's no telling how many shares could be out there.
There was at least 700 at .2409 though, and might still be more there.
