Those 9 minutes were the lawyers speaking as a shot across the bow (albeit a very futile shot in my opinion). They asked to have anyone contact CYDY counsel if Fuerstien (spelling?) contacts them. They (Kelly probably more than Nader) are clearly pissed that Fuerstien has f&*&ed with the advisory board members.
