I totally agree - that said, it is hard to separate his tenacity, perseverance, and enthusiasm from the need/ability to promote. These personality traits have served him and the company well up to this point. On a personal level I am very much a fan of Nader, I like his personal story and he has brought the company up to this point.
From a shareholder perspective -- we are quickly approaching a time when the company will need significantly more structure and discipline, which requires a somewhat different skill set/personality traits than what have brought us to this point. This transition is very hard for most company "founders" to make as they have to give up some of the limelight, delegate more, be held accountable by people that report to them, be more measured in communications, etc. etc. I hope the board is thinking about and discussing their transition options.
