The PE on the S/C trial is mortality rate at 28 days- very cut and dried and much less subjective than trying to rate specific symptoms as 1-2-3. If we can demonstrate we are significantly reducing fatalities at 28 days, that's it, and quite frankly, that's the outcome that matters most in this whole pandemic.
Does it bother anyone else that the S/C trial enrollment has stalled? Unless the DSMC makes a drastic move (possible) we won't even be able to get interim results ourself until we are at 195 enrolled. I was "downvoted" for saying Oct 1 for 28 day data earlier this week, but that may even be optimistic if we don't accelerate the pace.
