I’m not an NP fanboy, but I think he did a much better job today. As to his comments on the FDA what do you want him to say as this point? They are the gatekeepers. At this point in the process he’s doing just what he should be doing. Playing nice.
If the top line report is submitted and it shows clear, unequivocal positive data and THEN the FDA throws up a roadblock?

Well to paraphrase Patrick Swayze said in Roadhouse “Then it’s time to not be nice”.
