Yeah I think zero may be to low, looking at the SAEs.
If five patients had SAEs in the Lero group not related to Lero, then that means it was related to Covid. So the those patients progressed to some degree. Whether they progressed to Severe or Critical is to be determined.
Given that, more than twice as many in the placebo group progressed.
