BSR, I truly have no clue. But it is my belief this is still all offering related. The discount price for the underwriter was at $1.023, and for the most part, it has stayed above that price. Today it is a smidge below.
It is my best guess that it is some sort of equilibration based on all the new shares being bought by the underwriter and then sold to investors.
Beyond that, I have no idea.
What I do know, as RLee has so generously backed up, is that we are very close to Verb Live being launched. I imagine the launch starts a string of events that we hopefully will enjoy.
