1. People don’t sign away $28 million without looking under the hood. Otherwise, I want to meet these lenders because I have a bridge to sell and I need a few million.
2. What’s the worst case? Phase 2 data is murky and phase 3 is delayed? But in the meantime we have $28 million nondilutive?
3. The only thing that really matters here is phase 3 severe. Unless someone was planning to take a vacation to Tahiti tomorrow… I’m perfectly happy to wait to see how severe plays out and in the meantime take $28 million to wait. I don’t really care if the stock trades down to 2.50 a share in the meantime.
