What we had today was a late report. Remember this morning when the MMs got stuck on the offer and wouldn't lift or fill? The system gets overtaxed....or something....and these errors happen often. Not just to UNVC, all over OTC.
These types of trades can cause confusion, and when they go off in large blocks, there are various reasons that traders assign to them. Dilution, straightening out the books, flattening out an error trade, or a late report. Looking at the trade in question from today, sure looks like a late report to me.
