MD, have you reviewed the primary endpoint? In particular the scoring system?
Do you have an opinion on what a likely average baseline score would be for both groups?
The statisticians among us have pontificated that a 1.5 point advantage for LL group gets p<.05, and a 2 point score gets us .001.
Curious if you have any insight as to the starting score and where you would think the average score of each group is after 14 days.
