At this point you are not selling this product to the end user. You are selling it to the FDA, NIH, POTUS, Fauci, Birx, etc. and of course institutional investors.
To them appearance and professionalism matter. So does reliability. The ability to deliver, on time.

Oh and to my original post I’d like to add;
