Truth be told, too many long winded peeps, who may articulate well, tossing factually deficient hypothesis in regard to timelines, grants....I have yet to hear anyone state a fact based timeline in regard to grant submission to grant award. Same with the peer review. And also with the time frame to get enough B IV produced. But they articulate as if they were experts.
