I’m not certain what you mean by lack of street smarts. Nonetheless, each of should play to our strengths. I am never going to trade in and out of a stock, as timing is beyond my acumen (I could have doubled my shares on the June 30 short day, but just watched in dismay).
The short term machinations of the shorts will e immaterial very soon, rewarding those who have performed their DD to whatever their level of acumen.
I don’t claim to be smarter than the next guy. However, I am able to recognize those who have knowledge and intelligence far beyond mine, learn from them, and act accordingly.
Careful study can leads us to some truths that the “street smart” walk right past.
