Thanks for reaching out to SEC regarding the S1s.

I called SEC yesterday but did not get a call back.

When you have time, would you please give us an update as to what you found out? I know SEC can't reveal the specifics, but based on what was communicated, do you have any guesses? e.g. would it take days, weeks or months for GNBT's S-1s?

Also, NGIO's amended 10....SEC almost done reviewing, so we can submit S1 for NGIO?

Also, if SEC is going to take too much longer, would GNBT be interested in raising funds like how CYDY did it?
