During the CC we were clearly told that GNBT has invoiced their Chinese partners for a milestone payment, but GNBT has not yet received that payment.
So, even though it was never clearly stated what the current status is and whether they are really still in that cooperation with the Chinese, it seems as if at least GNBT management believes that they are entitled to receive a milestone payment.
