It would be great to see this pop really nicely but don't even feel that we can break .10 cents for any length of time. The press release about the actual filing of the lawsuit against them hardly moved us in compared to Intel losing that patent.
We just don't have the luck with this company, had this been 1999/2000 the sky would have been the limit. Even with a super pop we have absolutely nothing to hold the share price in place once it pops.
Oh well we can wait a little longer to see where the lawsuit goes but Alan over in the HDC thread on IHUB stressed over a year ago and as recent as 4 days ago that the Judge never ruled on patentability so will Intel counter our suit and try to have our 4 patents removed from the face of the earth.
I do like the way HDC explain in their lawsuit against how Intel may have messed up and may have screwed themselves in a big way. Let's hope for the best regardless of trial or not.
