Your reference of an LBO or hostile takeover led me to believe you referenced actions driven by knowledge obtained without the consent of Cytodyn.

I believe that Cytodyn, by playing its cards closer to its vest (i.e. vague PR Monday referencing Thursday update), will protect the company and shareholders information.
