Who cares if we have a phase 3? All I care is if we get EAU so we can help people and government funding so we can get this drug to markets or keep it going.
I don’t think the FDA will ask for a phase 3 but if they do it’s fair to say they have a decent reason to but give us EAU if it’s so safe.
At this point I just want to see the drug help people. The SP is a plus imo.
