The market doesn't know anything. Supply vs demand is the only force that affects the share price. We have reached a balance where the share price is such that the amount of buyers and sellers are roughly equal.

The price is such that I am not compelled to buy more like I was when it dipped below $4. This is compounded by the fact that Investors really don't know what to expect.

It's the lack of knowledge that has the share price flat and volume low. Once the market does know, the price will change. For better or worse.
