their are several issues
#1 election.where is country headed? do you still want to live in your state? what will happen after the elections ?no matter who wins.taxes will be going up. everyone getting free money from unemployment. plus $600 for covid .btw( this is the last week to get the $600 ) gold going through the roof close to $2000 an oz
market knows taxes are coming ..in ny they already said transit fares going up. someone has to pay for this free handouts.yes some of it is / was needed.business is changing .the way people work has changed.like telhealth /telwork..who needs high priced office space. who needs to spend big money to go to college ..harvard said all classes online.point i am making on my rambling.is many things are changing .so one has to make a wise decision on what to do when our $$ comes in.
