What do you define as "large"? 
In your second example, for me, 33% mortality in placebo vs 10% in leronlimab arm is a HUGE difference... it means cutting mortality risk by two third... That would be HUGE...
In your first example, with 7 deaths each, I get 0.09 with this calculator... I guess it too depends on which test they will use..
