You are right about the warrants.
I won't cash in my warrants until I can exercise them at the highest share price I can get for them or I absolutely need the money.
That is, since I am going to have to sell VERB shares in order to pay for the warrants, the higher the VERB share price, the less shares I will have to sell.
So, as you say, that probably wont be until the very end.
