Not sure if that is a reply from Joe, however we have a rapid test. How much funds are needed to develop a covid strip/test for that? Can’t be much. Manufacturing them is quantity may be the issue, however BARDA seems to be funding test kits. This should have been done many months ago. This was a mistake by our “world class management team” not to work on immediately.
