I downloaded the App.
The main menu has two options: Sign In and Register.

The registration part has you input an email and a password (twice). You then need to agree to the terms of service before proceeding to the next page.

Following that, the app has you scan a document, such as a driver's license, passport, identify card, or a Visa. You scan the document, followed by taking a picture of yourself. I wasn't able to take a screenshot of this due to the App's security policy.
Once that is complete, the following page below appears. This Is where I stopped, because I wasn't quite sure what this was about. Interesting thus far.
