I think any doctor could be a node on QDX HealthID and enter data for individual tests. They would only be able to enter the results of the specific test and so keep data privacy. They would only know the results of the test they conduct in their office and enter. Possibly they buy the tests wholesale and include QDX HealthID for a set package fee. A 20 minute appointment.
