Yes, I have. The thing is that here is an infinity of options (of course) as one has to assume what is the status of each patient at day 14.
However, what I found was that repeating several scenarios gives one a good idea of what to expect.
Save all your results, that way you can have a "feeling" of what magnitude of means differences are significant (produce p-value <=0.05).
