Do any of our resident statisticians have time to run some p value scenarios with respect to the primary end point? Or better yet, point me to the appropriate p value calculator (may need some instructions) to calculate this type of p value?

I am comfortable with binomial p value, but the calculators Ive found are asking for deviations, and I havent the foggiest how to determine that.
