The demand went through the roof. PCTL realized hospitals medical centers might not be able to afford, HOCL making machines, however they could afford to buy the fluid in huge batches, with COVID surging , the demand for HOCL went through the roof! and demand is stronger than ever!! 2020 will be a cash cow for PCTL and its investors.
Also disinfecting service companies were buying HOCL to service schools, restaurants, govt. sales you name it. Institutions were buying fluid thus the need for distributors to meet the demand and ship in a cost effecting manner.
