So there is no misunderstanding - The float remains the same as listed at OTC markets. NO shares have come off restriction and our TA is under explicit instruction not to allow any issuance's whatsoever via cert acceptance and/or legend removal. (Part 1 of 2) $ICTY
Update: Progress being made. Invoice for the application review fee received and paid in full. Financials are in hand so once the review process is complete and $ICTY application is approved the company is ready to post financials. #ShareholderValue
