A little bit of a concern coming up with the continuance filed extending the original aug18th trial date. The original terms of agreement for the purchase of the patents require that there be owner be paid 5million dollars on or before october 2020, and with the recent 3month continuance it threatens that date which in theory will nullify the agreement. I'm certain it can be amended with a few signatures and an extension, but is an item that requires immediate attention.
