So correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this say that the Form 10 became effective on or around May 11 (60 days from March 12)? If so, what is all the concern about Joe not answering SEC questions delaying the effective date of the Form 10? I'm a little confused, and keeping up with all the filings has me a bit dizzy.

This strikes me as good news...or am I missing something?
