I think you are misinterpreting [Timeframe: Day 14]

That doesn't mean "timepoint of measurement is day 14". "Measurement at day 14" would be a nonsensical design.

It must mean "measurements are made between days 0 and 14.

And that applies to all endpoints. All endpoints are measured throughout the fourteen day timeframe.

Any measurement outside the 14 day timeframe doesn't count towards the statistical analysis of the endpoints.

But I don't know for sure
