There has been no filing of it being final.
And it very well could be.
Or it could be verbally agreed upon by both parties.
No one knows for sure, even people that know people on the inside....and if they do know people on the inside and are bragging that they know for sure that it's done then they are leaking inside information.
Why do they brag, to sound bigger and more important than they are. Quite pathetic and in need of attention and adulation these personality type are.
And the SEC filing could be put out right after I write this.
Nothing is ever done or completed until it is done and completed and filed.
Some of the same people were claiming the same crap last week on boards and SM.
