The Message Board and the Company have mercy....
I posted a message earlier asking if anyone knew how to enroll in the Basket Cancer trial (for a friend). Several people made suggestions, and Ganesha sent me Dr. Jay's Quest Clinical website link. So I wrote both Nader P. and Dr. Jay, and within hours Jay wrote me back himself.
My friend will send the clinic a slide of her tumor to determine if it is CCR5 positive. If so, she has a chance to be in the basket trial.
So both the message board and Cytodyn itself have proved themselves ready to be angels of mercy. I'm kind of amazed. It's not just about money. Wow.
