The SEC sees a lot of these appeals, about 25-35 a year. And it has been this way for I think 35 years. According to my corporate counsel, a former SEC litigator, the SEC has never lost one of these appeals. But given the way they are grasping at straws and the way the cabal is acting out of their minds, I have a pretty good feeling here.
