The testing is also a lie. The fable goes like this. There is no product. there has never been a product. There have been no EUA applications filed with the FDA. The EUA Acknowledgement letters sent to DECN's lawyers were forgeries.

All of the above were proven to be lies, but not lies by DECN. And perhaps the SEC still believes these lies or perhaps they don't. But the lies changed. Now the lies are that the GenViro does not work and will never work, and Mr. Berman knows this and has always known this and is now using the GenViro product to enrich himself at shareholders' and investors' expense. And the SEC believes this too. So the testing will never commence because the SEC and the FBI and the DOJ and the IRS will shut down DECN and throw Mr. Berman in jail -- forever.

And all of these lies are perpetrated by people who own no shares and who could not possibly be damaged by all of these Berman frauds.
