Not sure what you mean by cutoff dates? You will get your 4 shares with rollout of ipo. You have to own on record of I believe SED vote? It was like 6 weeks ago and SED vote was 6/27 so that doesn’t make sense but it really doesn’t matter. I’ll look up by this weekend if your that interested. The bottom line is it went from 2 to 4 to keep you from selling before ipo while people like me get out with maximum profit
