I agree - thanks for finding the details of the extension and posting - I'm busy on multiple other stocks at present.
It reinforces my opinion that the scammers on iHub pretending to be "experts" on suspensions and (non) reinstatement were just trying to get cheap shares and hoping to dupe people to sell on the grey sheets.
As previously stated, I believe that TMPS will be able to get a deal to provide just the last Annual Report and Quarterly Reports to date in 2020 to get OTC Current and back on the pinks.
The action by TMPS management shows that they are interested in remaining a publicly traded company.
