Please relate all that to how it prevented this company from repairing its broken down processor back in 2013 to now. How is all that info preventing a single processor? Please relate how that information prevented a single announced deal from ever happening. Does that info have anything to do with Heddle being delinquent in his financial filings? Lastly please relate how that information has prevented a single processor sale.

Oh and by the way. Nulixo deal was never agreed upon as if it was a sale of one processor would have been executed as per the 8K. Maybe the stock trades has something to do with that also. Come to think of it, that may be why there is no report. Heddle would be obliged to inform the world the deal was dead from the beginning.
