It is covered for what is important to the trial.:
Incidence of hospitalization is covered by Duration (days) of hospitalization - what is important is if hospitalization occurred and for how long. Not when it occurred.

Incidence of mechanical ventilation supply , same thing.

Incidence of oxygen use, same thing.

Time to return to normal activity would be recorded on the day it happened. Which if it occurs would be before or at 14 days.
