Yes, absolutely.
Why can't they not just give 1.5B to Pfizer and the remaining 450m to GNBT.
At least I have leaned that one should not put all money on one possible lead towards a goal. Better develop a plan b, if there is one available. Since this is yet another RNA type vaccine that they putting so much money on the line for, why not give a very different approach also a chance, as time is of the essence, don't just start looking at other options, when the first failed.
