We still need to hear concerning the S1 for GNBT and what the status is as well as what is going on with the Form 10 SEC requests and when the S1 will be filed for NGIO.
Generex now has the ability to tap into 70 million dollars in investment money for GNBT I believe now that the injunction has been lifted, am I correct on this?
NGIO will have the ability to tap into 50 million dollars in investment money once they can sell shares based on a price value.
Generex / NGIO has investment money available to them already, now they just have to use it wisely and get NGIO going. The NGIO S1 really needs to be filed as soon as possible and the Generex S1 needs to be approved as soon as possible and it's been way to long by the SEC for that approval.
So, with 120 Million dollars in investment money, shouldn't these companies be valued pretty high with that kind of backing and the products they are delivering to the market? It shows they have the capabilities then to keep things going.
