I think the 39% reported is problematic in principle, since it is calculated as follow

100% *
= 39.28
%
28 (patients) (patients)
My opinion is % can not be calculated like that, since the unit "SAE cases" and "patients" are not the same and can not be cancel out. The % so calculated will have no physical meaning!!!
